Training for Adult Ski Racers in Michigan

Boyne Mountain: Masters Training

Besides hosting most of our races, Boyne Mountain provides training through the Snowsports Academy. Coaches Gary Konzsa and Dave Samalik set courses on our race hill, and provide coaching as needed.

Rates

Starting this season, there are two sets of rates. Some racers want minimal cost, maximum laps. Others want serious coaching. This year, we have both. Here are the rates:

  • Single session (no coaching) $25
  • Single Session (with coaching) $35
  • 10-Punch Card (no coaching): Valid for the 2009/10 Season: $199
  • 10-Punch Card (with coaching): Valid for the 2009/10 Season: $299

Schedule

Here is the schedule for this season's training sessions. In addition, it's easy to arrange training on other days. All it takes is three racers, and Boyne will set up a 2-hr sessions. Please Give Us Information

For this page to truly be a clearinghouse of information, we need ... information. If you know of alpine race training programs that are available for adult skiers in the Michigan area, please contact Mike Sayers to post the information.
