Training for Adult Ski Racers in Michigan
Besides hosting most of our races, Boyne Mountain provides training through the Snowsports Academy, with Coach Gary Konzsa.
Weekend training is usually 10-12; however, it may sometimes earlier to avoid conflicting with other events.
Friday training (the day before a race weekend) is 2-4 in the afternoon.
All training is on either Super Bowl or North Boyne. We share the training space with other groups, so nothing is final. Please check ahead of time with the Mountain Snowsports Academy for times and locations.
As in recent seasons, there are two sets of rates: with or without coaching
- Single session (no coaching) $35
- Single Session (with coaching) $45
- 10-Punch Card (no coaching) for the 2012/13 Season: $250
- 10-Punch Card (with coaching) for the 2012/13 Season: $350
New: 10-punch passes can be can be carried over one extra year. Be aware that if you use a pass from the previous year, you will need to sign a current waiver/release form at the Snowsports desk (to keep the lawyers happy).
